1. How do I order?

Select the items you wish to purchase and fill in your details at the checkout page. Upon checkout, click "continue to complete" and wait for the progress bar to finish loading to complete your order. You will then receive an email notification.

All orders require minimum 2 days in advance, except for festive season with 3 days advance notice. Bulk orders (RM500 & above) require 2 weeks advance notice.

2. Do you accept any cancellations?

No cancellation once orders are confirmed. However, postponed orders are possible if we are informed within 1 week.

3. Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within Klang Valley and charges are based on the distance from our store to delivery location. Please contact us for the rates before placing an order.

Deliveries will be done via a third party. All responsibilities will be passed between the logistic company and customer during the transit of the product. Please ensure someone will be there to receive your item during the allocated delivery time. In the absence of receiver during the delivery time, our runner will place the item at your guardhouse. Delivery will not be re-arranged.

Alternatively, self pick up is from our place at Bandar Utama and you can save on delivery fees! :)

Please note we do not arrange for meet-ups/pick-ups at a certain location/time. Pick up is only from our place at Bandar Utama.

4. How long do the baked goods stay fresh?

We recommend to consume our cakes fresh within 2 days, kept in air-tight container at room temperature. You can prolong the shelf life up to 3 days if kept in air-tight container in a chiller. Before consuming the cakes from the chiller, thaw it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Unopened cookie bottles can be kept up to 3 weeks. Once opened, consume within 1 week and keep in air-tight containers at room temperature.
